Delivery & Returns Policy

We aim to deliver goods within 1-3 days if held in stock (all references to days are to business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). If for some reason we are currently out of stock, we will immediately inform you and state a delivery schedule which will be subject to manufacture and any unforeseen delays.

In general terms, deliveries follow the guidelines as set out below. We use one of the World’s leading global delivery companies and all items will be sent using tracker numbers to keep all parties up to date with delivery status. A signature will be required on delivery.

A summary of our delivery options is as follows: (assumes goods in stock)

UK: Standard delivery: 1-3 days following placing an order (Mainland)
EU: Standard delivery: 2-3 days following placing an order (depending on precise location)


Standard UK delivery is designed to make delivery the following day to placing an order. We use couriers who operate tracking facilities. If these timelines are not suitable, please let us know and we will make every effort to speed up the process.

Delivery of Fabric:

We may not always have exactly the fabric you require in stock. If we don’t, please note that it may take approximately 20-25 days for manufacture and delivery. 

Larger orders of fabrics (10m+) will be rolled and wrapped. Smaller orders will be folded and packed appropriately. If you have a specific requirement, please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate. 


NON-UK Delivery:

We are able to make deliveries to almost all overseas destinations as we use a global carrier. Clearly there is a differing timetable from one nation to another. Deliveries within the European continent and the United States are regular and can normally be relied upon for a high degree of accuracy in terms of local despatch and delivery. Please contact us for a scheduling outline. Costs for overseas shipping are calculated in conjunction with our couriers and shippers and are based on weight, size/volume and destination. Local import duties may be payable on receipt and UK VAT (20%) will automatically be deducted from total cost price for all orders being sent to non-EU countries. There may be instances where we will need to be in contact with you if the costs of shipping change in some way due to unforeseen events (fuel surcharges, weather events etc.). In all circumstances, delivery will require a signature for receipt of goods.

Our courier is a truly global company and can affect deliveries to pretty much anywhere!



If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods that you have ordered, we offer a full refund or exchange policy. This is subject to the goods being returned in a re-saleable and unused condition with proof of purchase. This policy operates for 14 days from invoice date. The responsibility for return, postage and packaging is the customers and we would suggest that they are returned using registered mail or special delivery, whilst keeping the postage receipt for proof as all goods remain the customers until they are signed for at our address.

If you wish to cancel an order prior to despatch, you can do so using your name and order number. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been despatched.

Certain fibres are not always identical in colour and texture from one batch to another so there may be an occasional very slight difference. We make every effort to maintain the highest qualities in manufacture but natural fibres often differ in colour and texture – there may be thinner or thicker strands running through the same weave of the fabric which is not a fault per se but merely presents the nature of the material. Please contact us if you have any queries. We cannot offer a refund for fabrics by the metre unless they are in some way faulty – it is advisable in certain circumstances to order samples prior to placing a larger order.

All efforts possible are made to ensure a true colour reproduction in fabrics from those seen on our website but this cannot be guaranteed as colours appear differently depending on screens/media source and the like. Again, as mentioned, a fabric swatch can be ordered prior to larger orders as we cannot operate a refund or exchange policy for fabrics that have already been cut.
